Dorcely Cleaning and Management Group (DCMG)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Dorcely Cleaning and Management Group (DCMG) (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

DCMG provides professional cleaning and facility maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Janitorial and custodial services
  • Floor care and carpet cleaning
  • Disinfection and infection control services
  • Day porter and facility support services
  • Post-construction and specialty cleaning
  • Exterior pressure washing services

Services are performed based on agreed-upon contracts, service agreements, or work orders.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

All services may be subject to:

  • Written contracts
  • Work orders or service schedules
  • Government or institutional bid awards
  • Verbal or electronic approvals (where applicable)

Pricing, scope, and frequency of services will be defined in the applicable agreement.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment terms are outlined in individual contracts or invoices
  • Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt or within net terms agreed upon (e.g., Net 15 / Net 30)
  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension
  • DCMG reserves the right to charge late fees where permitted by law

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice as specified in the service agreement
  • DCMG may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or breach of contract
  • Government contracts will follow applicable procurement termination clauses

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to facilities
  • Ensure water, electricity, and necessary utilities are available
  • Secure or remove sensitive or valuable items
  • Communicate special instructions or hazard conditions in advance

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DCMG is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or structural issues
  • Items not properly secured or disclosed
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided, where permitted by law.

INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

DCMG maintains appropriate business insurance coverage as required by law or contract, which may include:

  • General liability insurance
  • Workers’ compensation insurance
  • Commercial auto insurance (if applicable)

We comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

GOVERNMENT & INSTITUTIONAL CONTRACTS

For government, educational, and healthcare facilities, services will comply with all applicable procurement rules, safety standards, and contract-specific requirements.

In case of conflict, the signed contract terms will supersede these Terms.

SERVICE QUALITY

DCMG is committed to providing consistent and high-quality services. Any concerns regarding service performance should be reported promptly for correction.

FORCE MAJEURE

DCMG is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Hurricanes or severe weather
  • Power outages
  • Government restrictions
  • Labor shortages or emergencies

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
